How It Works

The scheme is simple: buy → renovate → sell

1. Purchase

We find an undervalued apartment. Your funds go towards the purchase — we sign a notarized contract.

2. Renovation

2–3 months. Renovation is at our expense. Finding contractors, construction, quality control — entirely on us.

3. Marketing

We launch the marketing campaign before the renovation ends: photos, 3D tour, video, advertising.

4. Sale

We sell the property and settle with you. The full cycle per property is 6–8 months.

Your funds go towards buying the apartment. Renovation is at our expense. Everything else — search, deal, construction, marketing, sale — is on us. You get a fixed percentage.
